FTP Backup and Data Recovery
As a concept, FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the file transfer protocol.
It can be kept in another environment or in the same one. The aim here is not so much to back up the data as to keep it on different hardware and/or in a different environment.
This is done by backing up the data on the existing "Asistan34 CallCenter" server and transferring those backups, as a third backup procedure, via the FTP protocol to the environment already in place and/or provided by Asistan Teknoloji.
After each FTP operation, the "Asistan34 CallCenter" server sends the backup result to an e-mail account specified by the customer. This helps prevent data loss and makes tracking easier in unforeseen situations (e.g., theft, fire, disk corruption, server failure).
