From within the Asistan34 Call Center Customer Tracking CRM software, you can send SMS messages to files one by one or to thousands of files at once. The integrated SMS service gives you convenience and advantages.
To use this service, you must first create an SMS header.
The SMS header is the sender name the subscriber sees.
It must be a maximum of 11 characters (alphanumeric) and must be linked to your institution or to you.
The service is provided in line with the decision of the ICTA (Information and Communication Technologies Authority, BTK) dated 13.08.2018 and numbered 98966759-153.99-E.60186.
You can create SMS templates for your standard SMS content.
If you wish, you can lock these templates so that agents you have authorized to send SMS cannot change the SMS text.
The SMS content to be sent is the same, but if you want to personalize it, you can also use variable fields.
Each SMS sent is recorded in the debtor's file with the date, time, sender, recipient's phone number, and SMS content.
You can send SMS messages to tens of thousands of files in bulk and report on them.
